Dentbenefits Membership Club makes dental care attainable. It makes visiting the dentist as easy as going to the gym. Set up like a gym membership, Dentbenefits offers a 12-month individual contract that gives members access to a whole spectrum of different dental procedures. And there’s no waiting period — from the moment you sign up the plan is effective.
If a member cancels or defaults on monthly membership payments after receiving dental treatment by participation dentist(s), the member will be responsible for a full cost of received dental treatment based on non-membership Fee Schedule. The member’s monthly payments and lab fees (if any) made prior to cancellation or default will be taken into account.
The above services are provided by participating General Dentists at participating locations only. Services of Dental Specialists (endodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons, orthodontists and etc...) will not be provided under Dentbenefits Membership Program.
