Amazing service both in the office and with the folks who came out to fix our window and sliding glass door. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience with Gilliard Glass & Mirror and Charles. We needed to replace three large window panes. Charles came by the day after I called to do measurements and then installed the glass within 10 days of ordering it. They worked all Sunday to make sure the job was done (including replacing our rotted outside frames).
