We had a very pleasant experience starting with the estimator who made the experience fast and easy. We were given several choices of windows and picked the right one for us. Instead of 6-8 weeks waiting for our windows they were ready to be installed in 3 weeks. Installation was a breeze with little to no cleanup required. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

Our sales rep was knowledgeable and he took the time to measure and explains the process to us. After meeting with other companies we opted for Highgate Door. The installation team arrived the day and time that they had said and made sure to do everything possible not to dirty my home inside or out. They even had carpets put down throughout my house! The new front door and the windows look stunning!

The salesman at highgate door was knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what to pick. The lead guy and 2 other workers showed up at the agreed upon time and quickly got to work. It took them only 3.5 hours to complete the job and cleanup. The doors look great and we love them. Thanks so much!

They were fast, courteous, and gave a great product. Only they put up trim that was grubby and not clean and new like they did when they installed two other windows the year before. I've seen a lot of casement windows in my day in house construction and highgate door is the best in New York.

This was so much easier that going thru a contractor. Highgate door gave me the lowest quote for storm door installation. Plus I paid in store and the installers scheduled me in the next day. I already had the door delivered to me. The installation took less than 30 minutes and he cleaned up and even took the packaging to the trash for me. It looks great! Easy Breezy. It looks great!

We scheduled an installer who arrived on time to measure and evaluate the installation. We then scheduled the installation and the installer again arrived on time and custom installed our door. He was knowledgeable and did a professional installation. He made sure we were satisfied and was familiar with how the door worked before he departed. They arrive on scheduled, are polite, great craftsmanship from framing to installing the facings for doors and windows. They clean up, no slivers of left over material left behind.
