My name is Mark Sichel and I am a psychotherapist, author, educator, speaker and consultant in New York City. I see clients in my midtown Manhattan office and work internationally via phone, video-conferencing, email and instant messaging. I have been a therapist for 30 years and have worked with almost any kind of individual, couple or family problem imaginable. I am adaptable, flexible, accepting, supportive and available to my clients between sessions.
I believe in a holistic approach and encourage clients to supplement their therapy with exercise, yoga, spiritual and/or faith based practice, and awareness of nutrition. I practice what I preach outside my office and am highly committed to regular exercise, yoga, and family life. I’ve been fortunate to work with many diverse clients over the years, each of whom has contributed to my learning and development. I enjoy writing, travel, good food, yoga, exercise and my wife and four children.
