Dr. Rubinstein is a board-certified ophthalmologist serving patients in New York and the Bronx. He earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate, completed residency at Saint Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center, and pursued a fellowship in medical retina at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. He is a member of leading ophthalmology societies and provides comprehensive care for a range of eye conditions with a strong commitment to serving his community.
