I could not speak higher of Genuine Property Management. After switching management companies mid-lease, we had a lot of missing paperwork and were stuck in the middle of misinformation. Genuine Property stepped in and guided us to completing our lease. These guys relieved a lot of the stress surrounding the move out process. Instead of ending with a headache, we ended our lease with warm hearts, knowing that there are truly good companies that aren't trying to dig in your back pockets for their own personal benefit.

We live out of state and we are thankful for the excellent service provided by Genuine Property. We've had other property management over the years and Genuine Property is hands down the BEST company! The staff (Catherine, Megan, Matt, Tony, and all the team) are knowledgeable and friendly. Everything gets taken care of promptly and efficiently. We feel as though we are a part of their family!
