Genuine Property Management has been a dream of a property management company since my landlord made the switch to them earlier this year. They are so conveniently located in the middle of Orange County and welcome walk-ins any time. I was in a situation with a firm that went from initially providing me with exceptional service to providing almost no/bad service. Problems ranged through accounting discrepancies, lacking or shoddy maintenance, lack of communication, non-responsiveness to myself and my tenant, etc. Not only are problems of this nature huge time and resource wasters, but the ability to provide a quality rental and rental experience for a tenant is greatly compromised. After reaching the end of my rope with my prior management firm for their non-performance, and spending considerable research time trying to find a replacement, I was lucky enough to find Genuine Property. Simple straight forward contract. Reasonable management fees. Excellent communication and service. At this juncture, I would highly recommend this organization if your searching for a property management firm.

Genuine Property Management is the best property management we've ever had, and we've hired several. We started with another company and didn't like our experience. We found Genuine Property, and they've been great. They are responsive, thorough, and we like their level of involvement. Joey responds immediately to questions and issues, and he has great vendor support to do repairs. His rental tenant agreement was the most thorough we've seen. Nothing is left to chance. He finds potential tenants, thoroughly screens them, and lets you make the selection, but are there with his recommendation. We don't live in the area, and Catherine has gone above and beyond working with us and our tenant to everyone's satisfaction. All of this, and she is the most reasonably priced and professional property manager we've ever had. Thanks to Genuine Property for giving us confidence, our property is well cared for.

They don't charge crazy percentages and fees. They also have a great staff. I recommend them 1,000 times over. Thank you Genuine Property Management for all your help. The stress would have been much much worse if it wasn't for your assistance. I am sad to be leaving. I would definitely seek their assistance again in the future and recommend them as a not so hidden gem in OC.
