Great community to live in, quiet, and well kept. I have mostly utilized Catherine anytime I needed anything or had any questions, and she's amazing. The entire staff has impeccable customer service. They are extremely helpful, answer every question, and go above and beyond for any problem, need, request you may have.

Megan and Catherine are very efficient and professional, they screen and find me, great tenants, are prompt at responding to my questions on time, and also ensure that both me and tenant are kept happy and in the loop about everything, being an out of state investor it takes a huge burden off me knowing that I have Genuine Property Management take care of my property.

We used Genuine Property for 2 years and Megan was excellent. She kept us informed, very polite, and courteous. She was able to guide us if we had any issues and was quick to respond with answers to questions. We couldn't have been happier!
