Falls Family Care, an ONE Health Ohio affiliate, provides Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health services to adults and children. Falls Family Care accepts many types of insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare and most private commercial insurance plans. A sliding fee scale has been established to assist the medically uninsured with healthcare costs.ONE Health Ohio is a Federally Qualified Health Center that has provided medical, dental and behavioral health services for 30 years.
