Rivian's Service Centers are by appointment only.
Rivian is an electric vehicle maker, and our Service Centers are where we provide service and maintenance. You can submit a service issue directly through the Rivian app or call the 24/7 Rivian Service Support Team. Our team of service advisors will set out the optimal repair plan to get you back on the road. The service center has a waiting room with Wi-Fi, water, and snacks. If you’d like to experience a vehicle in person you can check out our Rivian Spaces or set up a demo drive.
