This is truly a mom and pop business locally owned and operated. We offer many varieties of meats and sausages which you can purchase for yourself, or use as gifts for your friends and relatives. We will ship any of our great variety of sausages, jerky, snack stix, dried beef, etc. to you. We also do custom butchering and processing according to your specifications.
