You simply want to feel better, and you decided to reach out for help from a therapist.
Good for you. It takes a lot of courage to make this step and we do not take that lightly.
Therapy can help in a variety of ways. At Cracked Open, we strive to provide excellent care for a variety of issues, and have therapists that differ in specialty, but have the same goals and values in common to help you.
