After 11 years of making Cap'n Nicks a shoreline success Ralph and Vin decided to branch out on their own and opened Supreme Seafood in early 1989. With a combined total of 61 years in the restaurant business both Ralph and Vin have taken great pride in the success of Supreme Seafood and satisfaction in the accolades the food quality continues to receive.
