About Ratha I’ve been with Homestead Funding Corp. since 2003, working out of their Chelmsford, MA branch. Although I’m based out of Chelmsford, I mostly serve the community of Lowell. I attended UMASS Lowell for college and have been an active member of the community since then. What sets me apart from other loan originators, other than being bilingual (Khmer), would be that I treat my customers like they are family. I understand that your schedules are busy, and therefore I make myself available on nights and weekends for your convenience.
