The Exotic Animal Department at Central Hospital for Veterinary Medicine sees avian, small companion exotic mammals, and reptile/amphibian species by appointment.
MRI allows us to perform advanced imaging of the brain, spinal cord, muscles, tendons, and other structures. MRI allows visualization of complex anatomical areas with great detail to provide the most accurate diagnostic information for our specialists and your veterinarian.
Ultrasound uses sound waves to form images of internal anatomy. We utilize ultrasound daily to get detailed images of internal organs, muscles, tendons, and other structures to quickly and reliably help diagnose many abdominal, thoracic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Central Hospital is a trauma center, staffed and equipped to manage life-threatening conditions. Our emergency room is staffed by experienced veterinarians with specialty training in emergency medicine, and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
