The Claybanks (1282 sq ft) is our premier retirement home and was designed with those who are in a wheelchair, disabled, or simply planning ahead for those golden years. This home features a large master bedroom with a fully functional ADA Bathtub with a door that opens for unobstructed access. The 2nd bedroom is large enough for a king bed, and the 2nd bath is wheelchair accessible with a stand-up tub shower unit. The open floor plan for the living, kitchen, and dining room area creates quite a spacious feel. The oversized garage is large enough for a long bed truck and the added width provides room for plenty of storage.

The Mason (1085 sq ft) is our entry-level retirement home plan designed with affordability in mind. It features a spacious master bedroom, very large walk-in tile shower, and plenty of walk-in closet space. This home is fully ADA Wheelchair accessible and also has a tub shower combo in the 2nd bath.

The Pentwater (1530 sq ft) – This 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a 3rd stall garage is fully ADA/Wheelchair functional with the family in mind. The floor plan features a “split” design with the private master on one end and the two bedrooms on the other. With the very spacious aggregate concrete Patio and porch outdoor living will be at its finest. This home features many upgrades including a designer tile shower, Quartz countertops, and Life proof LVT flooring.
