Norwalk Heating was started in 1955 as Elenbaas Comfort Heating Co. In July 1989 the business was incorporated into Norwalk Heating Co. Inc., doing business as Thompson Comfort Heating. On January 1, 1990, the business moved to its new and current location on Akron Road. Norwalk Heating now has another division known as Huron Heating & Air Conditioning located on Knight Road in Huron.
