best place for a good workout and motivation. I've become more active and pushed myself to do more coming here. The staff is great, always motivating for things on and off the mat. You become like family here, along with a great workout

I love kickboxing is an amazingly friendly no judgment zone. I am beyond happy to have joined it is super motivational and everyone is super helpful and friendly. Since starting in June I have not only gained muscle but toned up and even lost 4-6 inches and 25 pounds!Highly recommend it never gets boring like the gym does ! Tons of upbeat music !

Why Norwood's Ilovekickboxing has changed my views on fitness -They make me actually look forward to working out. -The instructors help me figure out workouts to do when I physically do the ones the class is doing. (Planks vs push-ups that my shoulder won't support!) -The break down of the class (15 min HIIT, stretching, bag work, more stretching) makes an hour long class fly by. -The more I go, the easier the harder workouts get! -I still don't love burpees, and I don't think I ever will, but having Sarah M breakdown the movements, has helped me get better at them. -And lastly, it is the one gym/fitness center/work out class that I have NEVER felt uncomfortable in. The instructors teaching the class and taking the class are SO supportive and happy to help, that it makes me work harder.

I'm so happy I joined this fit family. It's more than just a way to get fit, the staff and other members continue to motivate me to be healthy overall even without trying. I've only just finished my second week training there and the only thing I regret is not starting sooner. And I'm not kidding when I say the staff and members continue to motivate me. I work at a gym and never even give it a second glance to actually use my free gym membership. I was looking for something to raise my standards and eventually give myself the motivation to workout more. The classes don't even feel like workouts (even though I'm sweating buckets afterwards). Honestly, I'm so excited about joining iLoveKickboxing. The name is proof in itself; I do love it.
