Chef Ala brings over 25 years of professional culinary experience to Oak Park. A certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation, he has led kitchens at the Historic Allerton Hotel, Le Méridien, and Chez Paul in Chicago, as well as The Colonnade Hotel in Boston and Boca Raton Resort in Florida.
