New Year, New Mike! To know mike is to know that he only has one goal. That is this: WIN. So naturally, his goal this year is to win; at life, at work, at being a dad, at being a husband. Our team is so proud of him, and we will make sure he can win at anything he puts his mind towards.

One of the biggest parts of the culture Cayce creates here is opportunity. He wants us to spread our wings and take the chance to follow our dreams whenever it is possible. Our Matthew has gotten that chance! Matthew has a passion for the church and will be going to work in ministry and we are so excited for him. He will still be in the office working with us some, but he is no longer full time with us. We are SO proud of him and wish him luck in this new adventure!
