We are in the process of building a nice, simple Rv park with up to 99 spots that have full hook ups, water-electric-sewer. 50 and 30 amp plugs at each spot. As we grow and get the infrastructure in place we will be adding amenities such as a store, laundry room, dog park and horse shoe/washers with a cover and bbq area
