She went on to obtain her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery from Des Moines University. She completed her residency training in Waterloo at MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center.Dr. Sukovaty is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, Iowa Podiatric Medical Society, and America Podiatric Medical Association.
