Sarasota County has been home to Hansel Pitts since 1968. He grew up as the son and grandson of the developers of the Sorrento Developments. He began working in these developments at age 12. In 1989 during summer break, Hansel got his Real Estate license. After graduating with a Corporate Finance and Investment Management degree, he began working as a Realtor at his father’s real estate company. In 1994 he obtained his Brokers license. He later bought the business from his father. Since 2011, he has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker as a Broker-Associate, so he can use his vast knowledge of Sarasota County to assist sellers and buyers in their real estate transactions. He is joined by his father Lauden and brother Greg as part of the Pitts Legacy Team. Together they have over 75 years of experience and have sold thousands of properties here in Sarasota, Nokomis, Osprey and Venice. They are professional hard working Realtors.
