Scott, 1st Vice President, started his Old Second career in 1991 and has over 25 years of commercial lending experience. He has a Finance degree from the University of Illinois and earned an MBA from Aurora University. Scott is very active in the Oswego-Montgomery-Kendall County markets and has served as Chairman of the Oswego Economic Development Corp and the Fox Valley United Way.
