I have done Reiki previously, but this was my first time doing a distance Reiki session. I was surprised how quickly I was able to fall into the meditative state and really get the most out of the session. Alex was so kind and easy to talk to and explained the whole process. He had you set your intention for the session and then played the music and performed Reiki. At the end he gave a run down of the chakras and where energy was blocked, if any. I look forward to another session!

Alex Blackstone is the absolutely the most intuitive healer I've crossed paths with. One session with her had me shifted very quickly from a space of feeling ungrounded into being so much more present moment and in the space of gratitude and knowing I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be.
