Rebel Bookstore has been serving students at Ole Miss since 1957--nearly 60 years! We work hard to keep costs low on textbooks so that students can better afford to continue their educations. In fact, we GUARANTEE that we offer the lowest prices in Oxford. If you find a lower price at a local competitor, we will beat it.
We rent many titles to help students save money. And, if there's an issue with waiting for financial aid or anticipated income to come in, we offer deferred payment options (e.g. charging a credit card at a later specified date).
We accept all credit cards including Discover, American Express and Ole Miss Express. We also accept checks.
We buy back textbooks (whether purchased from us or elsewhere, whether used at Ole Miss or elsewhere) any time we're open.
Our normal business hours are M-F 7:30-5. We extend our weekday hours and open on weekends during peak periods such as the beginnings and ends of terms. We are also open on Saturdays in the fall before home football games.
We are conveniently located right off the Square at 818 Jackson Avenue--at the corner of Jackson and 9th across from St. Peter's Episcopal Church. Going toward the Square on West Jackson, we are the last building on the right before you hit the stoplight where you have to turn left or right (due to facing oncoming one-way traffic out of the Square).
