Jose Tovar, MD joined the staff of Palestine Regional Medical Center in 2018. He opened his practice in the Medical Office Building located on PRMC's West Campus. Dr. Tovar is bilingual and specializes in general health, preventive medicine, diabetes, hypertension, pediatrics and geriatrics.
