Welcome to the Law Office of Arthur J. Data III, P.C.! My name is Arthur J. Data III and I am the attorney and founder of this firm. I practice throughout Cook County and in the collar counties. Although my office is located in Palos Hills, I realize that circumstances can make it difficult for you to come to my office for an appointment. As a result, I am willing to meet with you at your home, work or wherever would be most convenient for you! As you may have noticed, I used the word "counselor" in my title. I do this because I take my role as counselor as seriously as do my role as attorney. I am more than just someone who will look at facts in the light of the law. I firmly believe that being a lawyer includes analyzing the "non-legal" aspects of a case such as your financial situation, stress, anxiety, fear and other emotions in addition to the applicable law.
