Hal R. Blanchard has over 40 years of experience in the practice of law. Mr. Blanchard focuses his practice on estate planning (wills, trusts, and probate administration), corporate formation and transactions (forming corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, buy-sell stockholder agreements, and purchase and sale of businesses), pre-nuptial agreements, and associated agreements relating to general practices.
Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Blanchard served in the U.S. Army from 1967-1969 (E-5), and then the Medical Nutrition Laboratory of the Fitzsimons Army Hospital in Aurora, Colorado. He is a member of several prominent legal organizations, and is the recipient of a distinguished rating from Martindale-Hubbell. In 2009, 5280 Magazine named Mr. Blanchard a "Five-Star Wealth Manager in Estate Planning." He is client and results oriented handling each case with care, compassion and professionalism.
