At Rim Country Health & Retirement Community, we provide a safe and therapeutic environment where our residents can heal and be restored to their full potential. We're proud to serve the residents of Payson, AZ, and surrounding. Rim has 109 nursing care beds. Our certified nursing assistants are not only fully qualified and skilled, but they also possess a level of compassion and caring that sets them apart. Our 26-bed secured wing within our nursing facility offers long-term care for residents whose behavioral issues make them incompatible with a general resident population. Rim offers a wide range of rehabilitative therapies designed to restore functionality and dignity for its residents. We also offer independent living facilities in a separate complex with studio and one-bedroom models available on a month-to-month or annual lease basis. We offer services including skilled nursing care, behavioral management, physical, occupational and speech therapy, activities and independent living apartments.
