In 2002, Gary Watson, CCIM joined EXIT Realty NFI as President of the newly formed Commercial Division. Gary brings 39 years of commercial real estate experience in the Santa Rosa, Escambia, Okaloosa and Walton counties of Florida and Baldwin, Mobile and Escambia counties of Alabama.
