Dr. Garrett received his fellowship training in Pain Management at the University of South Florida in Tampa. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology and was the Outstanding First-Year Resident and Chief Resident at the University of Missouri, Columbia. "Having to personally deal with chronic pain from a military parachute injury has given me insight into the necessity of a concerted multi-modality approach toward optimal healing, improved function and the limitation of pain."
