Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home & Crematory's Perry Chapel is a full-service funeral home and crematory serving Perry, Madrid, and Dallas County, Iowa. Cremation takes place here at our Park Street location, in our own on-site crematory. Caldwell Parrish owns and operates its own crematory, so your loved one never leaves our care. They are never transported to an outside facility. Caskets, burial vaults, monuments, and grave markers are sold directly. Services include funeral, memorial and cremation care, monuments and markers, and green and natural burial arrangements. The Perry Chapel helps veterans and their families understand and access VA and military burial benefits, and offers both funeral financing and acceptance of final-expense (assignment) insurance so payment options fit the family's situation.
