Message from Saw Aye, MD:Northern California Medical Associates will cease clinical operations end of day on April 30, 2021. I will be ending my practice under Northern California Medical Associates on April 30, 2021. After this date, I will continue to serve my patients in our current practice location at 104 Lynch Creek Way, Suite 10 in Petaluma with Marin Health.
Jessica Flinders, FNP, and I will be glad to continue your care in our office. Our phone number and fax numbers will change. Please make a note of our new numbers, beginning in May:

Northern California Medical Associates will cease clinical operations end of day on April 30, 2021. After this date, I will continue to serve my patients in our current practice location at 1116 B Street in Petaluma.
Our phone and fax numbers will remain the same. My practice will be contracted with most health insurance plans as of the beginning of May. We will continue to work with all the current health plans over the following weeks.
As of May 2, 2021, Jessica Flinders, FNP, will no longer be associated with my practice. Kim Casarotti, FNP, who has been working with me and Dr. Aye for several years, will be available for appointments for those who wish to see a nurse practitioner.
