Nina Bryan, owner, is often heralded as one of the most creative culinary inventors of today who has delighted and pleased the taste buds of thousands of customers. She credits her extraordinary culinary talent, influence, inspiration and the pure love and joy of cooking and serving food to others, to her parents who owned and operated a successful traditional southern restaurant in Georgia before relocating the family to New Jersey. Her culinary talents were later inspired by her husband’s Latino and Caribbean heritage.
