With over 15 years experience as an avid Pilates student and 8 years as a Certified Pilates Instructor, Melissa's passion is seeing clients transform their minds and bodies, creating a healthier relationship with themselves. Melissa knows, first hand, that a clients' commitment to fitness goes beyond the "workout" - they need an awesome experience that makes it easy for them to turn it into a sustainable lifestyle choice. She has worked hard to create a studio space that is serene and tranquil with a culture of authenticity, self care and verve! Through the years, Melissa has curated a team of highly qualified, educated instructors that truly love what they do and care about each and every clients' well being!
