Dave Berger, broker/owner, provides services in Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Aberdeen, Carthage, Whispering Pines, West End and the surrounding areas. He has been a full-time resident of Pinehurst since 1990, and a broker with a wide range of experience for over 30 years. As a Vietnam Veteran and former Marine, he served as Commandant of the Marine Corps League of the Sandhills and founded the national non-profit, Americans for Vietnam Veterans. He also is a member of the Board of Directors of the Moore County Realtors Association, past member of the Moore County American Red Cross Board of Directors, and he is a member and past president of the Rotary Club of Pinehurst. Dave specializes in residential and commercial properties, and is willing to go the extra mile to ease the stress of military relocations.
