Village Properties of Pinehurst was founded in 1981 and has been a leader in the marketing and sale of new & resale homes, townhomes and condominiums, and vacant home sites in Pinehurst and throughout the Sandhills Area for over 33 years. Rick Phillips, one of the current owners and an original founder of the company has been in the real estate business since he was 18 years old with the past 38 years here in Pinehurst. Connie Harrison, a local native, who became a partner in Village Properties in 1997 has been in the real estate business for over 18 years. Both Rick & Connie specialize in residential real estate sales throughout Moore County and are proud to have a reputation of being known as your friendly “Home Town” real estate firm.
