We have responded to all our voicemails, text messages, social media DMs, and emails. Currently, we have no power at home or the office. Nick is working on the generator, and two team members who evacuated have been able to assist remotely. I have managed to power my laptop using the truck and connected via my cell hot spot. We are taking a break now but will check back in at 2pm to clear any additional messages and begin some care calls.

On this National Good Neighbor Day, we are deeply grateful for our wonderful community and the neighbors who bring warmth and togetherness to our lives. Your kindness, support, and camaraderie make our community a truly beautiful place to live.

One of our clients—who also happens to be a teacher at our kids’ school—reached out to let us know they didn’t have staff shirts and wanted to know if we’d consider sponsoring shirts for them. We were honored to help! A huge thank you to Jim Bubenheim with JB-Effects for partnering with us on this project. Jim made the process seamless, and we were able to turn everything around quickly. It was such a joy seeing the school share this photo today of the teachers rocking their new shirts! Supporting the community we serve has always been a priority for us, and we’re grateful for opportunities like this to give back. These teachers do so much for our kids every day—they deserve far more than we could ever provide, but we hope this small gesture reminds them how much they’re appreciated. Thank you to all the incredible educators out there making a difference!

This past week has been incredibly challenging, and it's been mentally taxing for all of us as we responded to the aftermath of hurricanes Helene and Milton. We're all feeling exhausted, but there's a strong sense of pride in how we've managed to support our clients and community. Getting claims in quickly is crucial when homes are severely damaged, and we've worked hard to personally connect with all clients who reported claims. After Hurricane Helene, we even reached out to everyone in our flood book of business to ensure that those in need could get their claims processed promptly. While there are so many wonderful community events happening this weekend that we'd love to join, it's important for us to take a moment to recharge. We are incredibly blessed to see so many people helping each other out. Let's continue to be kind and supportive to one another.

This year has been incredibly eventful for our agency. Despite facing some challenges in the last two quarters, our dedicated team achieved their goals by the end of November. Last week, we celebrated closing our largest case on record, and we're thrilled that two team members, Parker and Blanca, obtained their life and health licenses this month. Nick Dauphin and I couldn't be prouder of their success! We concluded Friday with our end-of-year planning meeting, starting with a wonderful breakfast served by our amazing client, Chef/Owner of Roe's Deli & Catering. A big thank you to the Pinellas Park Gateway Chamber of Commerce for hosting us, and to our fantastic clients at Rain Japanese Restaurant And Sushi Bar for providing a delicious lunch. We celebrated Parker and Blanca's achievements with some bubbly and wrapped up the day with bowling. A special thanks to Xina Rim for speaking to the team about first-time home buying, along with the lender who answered many questions, helping our team focus on their 2025 goals. Over the next two weeks, we'll be operating with a smaller team to give everyone the chance to relax and celebrate their accomplishments and the holidays with family. We purchased 475 cookies from our local Girl Scout for our upcoming event! She hit her camp goal in one shot but assured me she is helping other girls hit their goal now. Today is delivery day for some incredible teachers and staff! This morning, we successfully completed half of our drop-offs at the following schools: Plato Academy Pinellas Park, Calvary Christian Academy Pinellas Park, Pinellas Central Elementary, Skyview Elementary School.

Career day and my daughter decided to be a State Farm Agent 🥰 fortunately or unfortunately she fits into most of my clothes and shoes now 😆
