1) Assistance in the preparation of the Pension Plan Documents and Trusts.
2) Preparation of the Summary Plan Description.
3) Consultation with attorneys, accountants and other adviser to secure qualifications of the plan from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), if needed.
4) Preparation of documents for submission to the Internal Revenue Services, the department of labor and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), as applicable.
5) Establishment of participant and plan file records.
6) Employees Benefit Meetings, if desired.
