The Laurels of Chatham The Laurels of Chatham work as a team to promote the highest level of independence and quality of life for our short-term and long-term guests—whatever their needs. That’s because we view each guest as part of a family whose members deserve not only great care, but also compassion, dignity and a sense of purpose. We have quickly returned many short-term rehab guests home after hospitalizations. Perhaps that’s because our therapists work with each guest’s physician to create a customized care plan. We also are pleased to provide short-term respite and hospice care.
