As a sports massage therapist, I had an opportunity to witness the world of prevention and rehabilitation. Roots Essential started when I customized a Bath Soak for few local athletes that's going through a difficult rehab. While Bath Soaks are known to help relax muscles and loosen stiff joints, it is also great for physical and rehabilitation therapy. At first, this is given as a gifting hoping it will make a difference for them. And it did! They raved for more, and the rest is history, Recovery Bath Soak was born!
