i am so glad that i have found this type of workout again! i used to do kickboxing in high school and college and stopped going when the studio i took them at closed. on a whim, i bought a groupon for ilkb and i fell in love at the initial class. i signed up that night and have been attending 3-4 classes a week since then!! i look forward to going to class and working out which hasn't happened in years! thanks to all the amazing instructors that are so motivating and personable! it really feels like a family!! give them a try- you won't regret it!!!

i love this place. i have been mia for about a year (life and it's obstacles) but just recently started going back and love it as much this time as i did the last time. everyone is super nice and the place is really clean. there is so much energy when you walk in. the instructors are very attentive and the music is great. i always leave sweating and feel like i got a great work out. a+++++

ilkb coral springs is amazing! the workouts were just want i needed to get out of my slump! the staff treats you like family from the moment you step foot in the door. this is a must try! love it and cant wait to work out more here!

i lost 6 pounds in my first week! the instructors are all amazing, caring, motivating men and women who truly care about every person that walks in their doors. i have worked with personal trainers one on one, i have gone to the “gym” for 10.00 a month. you get what you pay for! i found my home at ilovekickboxing pompano beach!

ilovekickboxing is amazing they staff really motivates me and makes you want to come more. i already see myself losing weight i recommend this to anybody who wants to join and have fun losing weight! the staff members are awesome!

ilkb pompano beach is the bomb. i use to hate working out but now i look forward to it! the best part of ilkb are the instructors. they are motivating, enthusiatic and care about you getting results. ilkb pompano beach is very clean and has a great atmosphere. thanks coco, paige, marco and thad!!

this place is awesome! ... the staff is amazing ... they keep you motivated through each class and treats everyone like family. it’s a nice clean space as well. each month they have something special (example) like dj night where u have a live dj during the class. i went from 203 to 190 the first week. to be honest i had no coordination when i started lol. i'm still a little uncoordinated and when one of the instructors notice that i am confused they give me a helping hand to get me back on track. for those that are worried about the price i promise you won’t pay a penny more than you are willing to invest in yourself. i love this place and joining is the best thing i could have done for myself this year.

ilovekickboxing is seriously the most amazing thing i have experienced! the staff is so friendly and welcoming, and they keep you motivated! i love the classes, how much fun they are, and how they challenge me. i would definitely recommend giving them a try!

i love coming here to workout. i have always wanted to try kickboxing but was always intimidated to join a place and workout in front of others. i feel so comfortable when i go to class. the staff is so amazing. they are motivating and supportive. they meet you at your level whether your a beginner or not. i love how i feel after i workout. kickboxing is so much fun.
