Eric grew up in Portland and after high school earned his undergraduate degree at Boise State and his MBA at Southern Methodist. Corporate jobs took him out of state for several years, then he moved his family back to Portland in 1995, where he lives with his wife and dogs. Eric has two grown daughters who both attended the U of O and currently live and work in Seattle and Santa Barbara.
