Now that the sun has officially hit Portland it’s time for our Spring Menu! On this menu we’re bringing back some our berry-full favorites, including our Lemon Blueberry Coffeecake—which is filled with a lemon cream cheese filling and lots of blueberries, and our Vegan Marionberry Coffeecake made with local marionberries and topped with a tangy lemon glaze. We will also have our moist and decadent Almond Apricot Cake, our Raspberry Brownie (which has a big scoop of homemade raspberry jam in every square), and our Dairy Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie, which contains crispy rice for extra texture. In the dessert department we’re offering our lightly spiced Carrot Cupcakes filled with cream cheese mousse and our Vegan Strawberry Cupcakes made with our beautiful homemade strawberry jam.
