BRGR Bar, comes from local restaurateur Phelps (Dieck) Craig, the original chef, creator and owner of Brazo.
We've created a new restaurant that not only fits well within the community, but also captured the authentic aspects of a local pub, with an infusion of modern and cool—in both the setting and the menu offerings. We've kept the menu items simple and use only grass fed, hormone and antibiotic free locally sourced beef.
