Kansas City is a hidden jewel of the Mid-West, and I am very knowledgeable and experienced in the area! I have lived in Kansas city for nearly my entire life, and I am still here because I love it here and love helping people here find “home” for themselves as well. I know the communities well, the local market trends, and our area home values making my wisdom a valuable tool for my buyers and sellers. I travel all the time and have lived in other states, so I understand relocation well and am adept at helping clients with special needs to relocate – whether it is across town or across the country!
Having a lot of experience in customer service, I know how to treat people with integrity and respect. I know it is important to communicate clearly and I use that skill in my strong negotiation abilities. I am intelligent and quick on my feet, and I work extremely hard for my clients. I work so hard in fact, that I became a member of the RPAC committee which brings awareness to our state legislators about real estate issues. I know how to listen to my clients, and I never feel dominated by anyone in my presence which makes me a great negotiator. My adaptation skills are probably what sets me apart from anyone, and what makes me a great agent. I am a street made man and I pride myself in hard work. Let me get to work for you!
