High Mark Internal Medicine: Erik Contreras, MD is a private direct practice model that offers connection beyond what healthcare insurance plans provide. Similar to other “concierge” style practices, our patients invest in a variety of routine medical exams and ongoing high-level supportive care. We’re proud to provide the Prescott area with traditional primary care that meets our patients' need for prompt appointments, the opportunity to get all of your questions answered, and access to care outside of regular hours. Additionally, our patients can expect hospital consultation if needed — meaning your primary care physician will be your doctor if you are hospitalized.
