Lot 49 is for BYU Student parking only. A "Y" permit required from 7:00AM-4:00PM Monday through Friday. Lot 49 is also Cougar Club Lot 3 for football games, and Cougar Club Lot 4 for basketball games. No parking from 1:00-5:00AM.
