All our instructors are experienced trainers and lecturers with years of restaurant operations experience.

Authorized Food Safety Training has conducted alcohol responsible service training seminars throughout the United States. Our principle instructor has been an instructor of food safety and sanitation at Lincoln College of New England in CT and Brookdale Community College in NJ. All Associates have been certified by the National Restaurant Association. The principle instructor has a master degree in education from New York University. We are offer consultant services to the hospitality industry full service restaurants, bakeries, caterers, assistant living facilities and schools.
